Abitare Contracting Ltd is a subsidiary of Hilltop Developments, which is  more known to Paphos. Hilltop Developments has built, partly sold and  partly owned and has been managing Holiday Apartments ever since 1981.  Leda Gardens and  Hilltop Gardens Hotel Apts are two successful  complexes proving the company's  skill and efficiency.

After sale care  management is one strong point the company is proud of.  The buyers  having safeguarded that their individual property deeds are in  their possession at a record time they feel safe to trust the management  of their properties with the experience of their selling company.
